Best Investment I've Ever Made
"This pillow is the perfect solution to my side sleeping woes. Every pillow I bought before would be fine at the beginning of use but eventually the loft would give out and I'd have a problem with a stiff, sore neck from my head sagging lower than my neck and shoulders during sleep. This pillow is the proper height and the contoured shape gives my head and neck the support they need. Hopefully the density of the memory foam will maintain the height I need for the forseeable future. I use all four layers of the pillow and have found that using a jersey knit pillow case works best as it stretches nicely over the pillow. "This pillow is wonderful. I'm a large person and this pillow has just the right firmness without being hard. I no longer fight with my pillow all night long. I have herniated disc in my neck and this pillow does a very good job of supporting my neck and head when sleeping on my side. I just love it. My daughter noticed that for as long as I've been using it that it is staying firm that she has asked for one so I'm ordering one for her and an extra one for me. I use regular pillow cases on this pillow with no problem just need to scrunch it to fit in the curve of the pillow but that does not cause a problem. Give it a couple of nights
"I have tried many, many pillows, including special "side sleepers" in order to avoid sore shoulders and neck in the morning. This pillow is truly special because of the unique shape. The first night it was a little TOO thick, but as most pillows do, it settled down after a couple of nights and is now just the right thickness and amount of support. I really hesitated to spend close to $47 for a pillow I couldn't even touch before I bought it, but I'm so glad I did. It's a wonderful pillow, even when using it to sleep on your back. Pain Be Gone
"I received this pillow yesterday and slept on it last night, just let me tell you that after only 1 night, I woke up without my shoulders smashed into the mattress. I had no shoulder Pain for the first time in years. The Knot that I usually have in my neck, which is where I hold most of my stress, was more loose and it was easier to move my neck when I got up and thats only after 1 night. Im sure that after a few more nights of sleeping on this pillow the knot in my neck will be gone. The hardest thing for me to used to was not having to put my arm under the pillow for support. "I've tried a lot of side-sleeper pillows and "contoured" pillows and this is the best pillow I've ever tried! For the first time, I wake up without any soreness or stiffness. I'd been arranging 2 of my normal pillows into an inverted V position for a while now since that seemed to be more comfortable than using one pillow, but that arrangement would shift and get out of whack during the night. I realized that this guy provides the same support of the shoulder/neck, only better! I love this pillow and wish I could afford to buy one for everyone I know. "Give this pillow at least five nights before making any judgments. Let your neck and shoulders really nuzzle into this pillow. My arm was constantly falling asleep with other pillows because I would put my arm and hand under the pillow. for support. With this pillow you tend not to do that. "This pillow is an absolutely brilliant design. I have titainium rods that extend from the back of my skull to the 5th vertibae in my neck, so keeping good alignment is essential. "At first I wasnt sure whether this pillow was going to help me. In fact, after the first night I wasnt sold. I had to get used to sleeping on this pillow. "I bought my pillow a few years ago from Dr. Mettler's clinic in Champaign and I don't go anywhere overnight without it! I used to wake up with a stiff neck or my arm asleep many mornings. Since I started sleeping on my pillow I rarely wake up with either problem. I like that I can cradle my shoulder and my head is not "cocked up" when I'm sleeping.
