Confidentiality Pledge

To allow the submitting Inventor and AbsolutelyNew to evaluate working together to develop and/or market the Inventor's invention, the Inventor may disclose, or has disclosed, certain business information, technical information or ideas relating to the Inventor's invention (collectively, the "Proprietary Information").

AbsolutelyNew pledges to hold in confidence and not use or disclose any Proprietary Information that was not previously known, or submitted in writing, to AbsolutelyNew. Although all AbsolutelyNew employees are bound by written confidentiality agreements, only those who need to know will have access to the Proprietary Information. AbsolutelyNew does not acquire any rights to the Proprietary Information and if AbsolutelyNew develops any enhancement of the invention, AbsolutelyNew shall assign all ownership rights to the Inventor.

This Pledge does not obligate the Inventor to disclose any information or negotiate or enter in any agreement or relationship with AbsolutelyNew.
